Daniel Andrews joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Cornerstone in 2003 through a summer internship and then came on board full-time after graduation from Clemson University the following year.     

Daniel’s education in real estate began at Clemson where he majored in Marketing with an emphasis in Real Estate.   Through his internship, he was able to apply his classroom learning to practical applications while assisting the senior agents on many different commercial real estate transactions.  Following graduation, this experience allowed Daniel to quickly establish himself as a knowledgeable and productive full-time member of the Cornerstone team. 

As a native and long-time resident of Sumter, Daniel knows the area.  His energy and enthusiasm, along with his market knowledge, allows him to help both sellers and buyers survey the commercial market and make intelligent, informed decisions.

Daniel and his wife Lisa currently live in Sumter where they stay involved with the community through volunteer work and their church.  He is an active member in his home church of Wise Drive Baptist.
