Stephen L. Dinkins, Jr. joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Cornerstone in August
of 2000 and became a partner in March of 2005.
Stephen’s real estate career began in 1998 with a family
partnership focused on residential development. Since
then, he has concentrated primarily on two aspects of
commercial real estate, raw land development and retail
brokerage. Through this experience, he has built an
impressive resume of both residential and commercial
developments.
Stephen brings a large amount of energy and enthusiasm
to every transaction. He has continued to grow in his
knowledge as an agent by pursing his CCIM designation
and taking other continuing education classes to help
him assist clients.
A
1997 graduate of the University of South Carolina with a
degree in Business Administration, Stephen began his
professional career as a commercial insurance agent with
Lee & Associates in Sumter. Following this, he joined
his father with the residential development corporation
and operating a local small business. This experience
and the relationships he developed during this time led
him to Cornerstone.
As
a life-long resident of Sumter, Stephen has the market
knowledge, experience, and determination to help both
sellers and potential buyers survey the commercial
market and make intelligent, informed decisions.
Stephen currently lives in downtown Sumter with his
wife, Sarah, and two children, Rainey & Asa. He stays
involved with the community through civic organizations
and his church. He is a member of the Sumter Rotary
Club as well as a third generation member of the local
Kiwanis Club. He is active in his home church of First
Baptist, Sumter. |
